Common questions

Our customer portals allow your own customers to self-serve when it comes to performing certain credit control tasks. These include obtaining copy documents such as credit notes and invoices, making payments against their account or invoices and also querying documents.

We charge a small one-off fee which covers the scoping, design, development and integration of your customer portal. After launch, there is an ongoing monthly charge for support, maintenance, security and hosting along with a fee ranging from £0.30 to £0.95* per completed transaction.
